the hotel has a good location for exploring the area i found the staff to be friendly and helpful this made my stay more pleasant there are several dining options within the hotel offering a variety of choices i liked the non-smoking policy throughout the hotel it created a more comfortable environment
the air conditioning in my room did not work very well it struggled to keep the room cool despite maintenance adjustments i had to request a fan for additional cooling and it took multiple calls before it arrived the room lacked a refrigerator which was inconvenient there was no wine opener available in the room and i had to pay an extra service fee to have one brought up

i appreciated the clean, non-smoking atmosphere. the staff were friendly. mobile check-in was convenient (i got a text with my room number). the location had a lot to offer, including nearby target and walgreens.
the room lacked a mini fridge. i found this a bit inconvenient.

this hotel is a few steps from new york new york. it provides proximity to dining, pharmacies, and a target store. also, a mini-train offers convenient access to the bellagio hotel.

missing refrigeratordirty sheets
The room lacked a refrigerator, and i consider it a necessity for storing leftovers or drinks. they charged a fee for its use, it is an avoidable expense. housekeeping seemed to only empty trash. the bed was made with the same linens. i had to request clean sheets. This should be a standard service considering the price.
