I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. While I appreciated the smoke-free environment, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room and the rude staff I encountered. The gaming area was limited, and I expected better from a property associated with MGM. Overall, it had potential but fell short in several areas for me.

I had a fantastic time at Park MGM in Las Vegas! The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I loved that the hotel is completely smoke-free. The rooms were comfortable, but there were some signs of wear that could use attention. I thoroughly enjoyed my meals at Eataly, but I found it a bit challenging to grab snacks or drinks after hours. Overall, the visit was very pleasant, especially with the clean and modern ambiance and a great atmosphere for relaxation.
